Crockpot Chicken Cordon Blue
3-4 chicken breasts, cubed
ham pieces to cover chicken( I used left over spiral cut ham that I had frozen)
swiss cheese to cover
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c milk
salt and pepper
1 box stove top(or other brand) stuffing, dry
1 stick butter, melted
Prepare crockpot with liner or spray with cooking spray.
Place cubed chicken in the crockpot. Cover with ham and then top with swiss cheese.
Mix milk, soup and salt and pepper together. Pour over the cheese.
Sprinkle dry stuffing over the soup mixture and drizzle the butter over that.
Cook for 4-6 hours on low or high 2-3 hours.
